When your loved ones pass away, there can be a lot of paperwork involved in finalising their estate matters. If you are the executor named in a Will, we can assist you with obtaining a grant of probate (if required) and distributing the estate in accordance with the Will. If there is no Will, we can advise you about who is eligible to inherit under New South Wales intestacy laws and the process for administering the estate.   

If there is a Will and you would like to contest the Will, we can advise you about your eligibility under the Family Provision Act and whether you would be likely to succeed in your claim.
